ENTHRONING EDUCATION AS A VERITABLE VEHICLE FOR THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC RE-ENGINEERING OF SOUTHEASTERN NIGERIA:
But, yet, plain and Asleep.
Education awakens it"

DE IMPERIAL...ONE FAMILY
DE IMPERIAL... ONE FAMILY
DE IMPERIAL... LIVING FOR HUMANITY
It is with immense delight and pleasure that, I welcome your Excellency(ies), Eminent Patriots, Business Moguls, Patrons and Esteemed Guests to this epoch-making event.
My gratitude to the Almighty God is immensurable for navigating DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY (DIPF) to the actualization of one of its core Humanitarian responsibilities, that, foundationally, defines the very essence and philosophy of its birthing.
Your Excellency(ies) this Address sets off with a profound quote, evinced by an iconic Sage, of lgbo Extraction, many decades ago. He was a man of austere exposure to Western Education, consequent upon which, life dealt, him, the harsh "end of the stick". In my contemplation, as I prepared this speech, the import of the foregoing quote, tugged at my consciousness.
And so,as I welcome you to the unveiling of DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY (DIPF) SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING SCHEME for Two Hundred and Fifty indigent students, of SouthEast Extraction, from Junior
Secondary to Tertiary (University/Polytechnic, etc) Education, may l invite this distinguished gathering, to spare a thought about torrents of deliverables that would accrue to the SouthEast Geopolitical region, if, and, when we, collectively insist on zero-tolerance for all forms of Educational deficiency, arising from Financial and material incapacities.
Globally, the dictate of Nationalism (where upon, even developed economies are fending oft foreign encroachment to their fast-disappearing wealth, through all forms of irregular migration) presents a worrisome trajectory to poor and under-developed countries, as Bilateral strategic supports (Aids, Grants, Donor-funding, etc) have, at best, drastically dwindled, if not totally done away with.
Domestically, our comatose economic outlook, worsened by a hugely consumptive (nil-investment) spreadsheet, has assumed the profile of a contagion, spewing poverty, unemployment, stunting of Educational dreams and aspirations among several other social ills.
The SouthEastern region is not spared. If anything, our sons and daughters have been handed a justification for all manner of crimes and criminalities. Those who have not taken to crime, have found solace in all forms of Psychotropic Substance (Drug) Abuse and Addiction.
The consequences, your Excellency (ies) and dear guests, are frightfully, bizarre and tortuously alarming.
Thankfully, DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY (DIPF), through its interventionist mechanism of fully funding junior secondary to Tertiary Education for over One Thousand indigent students of SouthEast extraction - the first tranche of Two Hundred and Fifty Students being commissioned today - seek to re-engineer SouthEast's socio-economic future by ensuring that, no child in the SouthEast is constrained, by factors of debilitating poverty, state of the economy or natural causes(death of parents, minders, guardians, etc) in pursing their dreams and aspirations through the vehicle of quality education.
We are convinced that, on the streets of Abakiliki, Nnewi, Awkunanaw, Umueri, Ezza, Okporo, Isuochi, Umungasiaba, Ariaria, geniuses, inventors and first-class scholars, play away, helplessly, for no fault of theirs.
This is totally unacceptable to members of DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY (DIPF).
Going forward, therefore, our organization desires to, continually, engage with relevant Governments, Towns and Academic Institutions, with a view to generating and securing Verifiable Data of indigent sons and daughters, of school age, needing material and financial assistance.
Your Excellency (ies) as I conclude, may I extend sincere appreciation to my brothers - members of DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY(DIPF) across Nigeria and Diaspora, whose willful, sacrificial and deep humanitarian dispositions, have generated the purse, for the project.
God bless you all.
I can only plead that, having put our hands to the plough, we should not look back. There are, yet, many humanitarian territories to conquer, God helping us.
Since the mind is Rich and Robust, lets insist it remains awake, through Education.
Thank you for your kind attention.
High Chief Dr (Sir)
Darlington Nwabunike Ichie Eze Nwakaibeya Ogbabalu Aku N' Anwu Ojoto
President, DE IMPERIAL PHILANTHROPIC FAMILY (DIPF)
